One, three, O, seven is a nod to the address of the childhood home I grew up in. My mother purchased this home against all odds. She raised me and my brothers and sister in that home and she created an environment that encouraged and embraced my creativity. She made me believe I could do anything!

1307 Designs is a curated event styling and décor brand specializing in thoughtfully designed rentals, styled installations, and creative experiences. We bring design-forward details to intimate gatherings, celebrations, and seasonal moments that deserve to feel unforgettable.

Our Holiday Edit marks the first release in what we envision as a growing series of collections — each inviting you into our creative world. We’ve created four signature collections available as individual rental items or as complete, fully styled packages. Whether you select a single piece or an entire collection, our team works closely with you to ensure every detail aligns with your vision and event needs.

Trained under my mother, floral designer Dorothy Howard, my work blends timeless inspiration with modern design and intentional detail. When I design, I see the full vision transforming spaces into thoughtfully curated experiences where every detail tells a story.

Pamela, founder of Covenant Weddings & Events, is a Trinidad and Tobago native and a true drapery design genius.
